MODERN GINNING & PRESSING:

From Kappas Cotton, this unit segregates the Cotton seeds and good quality cotton (Lint) separately and this operates with the least workers and totally operated under pneumatic drive system ensuring the least human contacts on the White Gold. Ginning capacity is currently 200 bales/day with an average weight of 170 Kgs/bale and as the cultivation improves, we will reach up to 400 bales/day.

TECHNICAL BENEFITS:

	Homogenous quality crop is assured and ensured, as the control is available right from Cotton seed level.
	Constant workshops & seminars are conducted at field levels ensure contamination free picking, packing & transportation of Cotton lint. This contamination part alone gives us a minimum improvement on realization to a tune of 2%.
	The modern Ginning process with least manual exposure and handling is removing all the least possible impurities, thereby reducing the workloads of Spinning machineries or to say in other words, increases the efficiency of Spinning machineries.
