 DYEING
& FINISHING:
Our modern soft flow dyeing plant with
Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) has a processing
capacity of 10 tonnes per day. The soft flow dyeing plant
has 7 vessels imported from Taiwan. Supported by computerized
color prediction, measurement and matching systems from Data
Color International, USA (Spectra Flash SF600) the plant can
deliver evenly colored fabrics, streaks free.
Dyed fabrics are processed through balloon paddler from Stretch
Plus, Switzerland to remove the moisture neat and to give
the fabric a better feeling and finish.
Fabrics are further processed through
relax drier imported from Calator Ruckh, Germany.
 Printing
Our printing division
has equipped with latest Rotary Printing machine from STORMAC.
It has the capacity of printing 8 colour designs, up to 72
inches of printing width. It has the capacity to produce 5
tonnes of fabric output per day.
 Reverse
Osmosis Plant To ensure
and remain as an eco friendly company, we have installed Reverse
Osmosis Plant with a capacity of 1.2 million litres/day, by
which we have achieved the status of “Zero” effluent
discharge unit.
Shrinkage Controlling (Compacting)
 Compacting
department has two tube-tex Pak Knit-II Delta Plus machines
with 60" and 40" fabric handling capacity. Both
are of latest origin and have a joint capacity of 12 MT per
day.
Third machine is a felt type compactor
cum heat setter from Monti spa Italy. Fabrics that need heat
setting are passed through this machine for better feel and
compaction. Production capacity is 5MT per day.
For handling Lycra fabrics we have a “Heat Setting Machine”
from ‘Tong Geng’ Taiwan with multiple chambers. |
