Captive Power Plant:

Presently we have installed 4 Windmills of total 3.0 MW capacity which is currently taking care of the entire power requirements of the group. The company is planning to add couple of more machines to take care of the future needs.

The company gets total capital investment for depreciation and for the first 10 years the value of power generation is exempted from income tax which becomes a tax free accountable money and the same would be 18.5 lakhs unit x 4 machines x Rs.4/unit = Rs.296.0 Lakhs/annum x 10 years = Rs.2960.0 Lakhs, which can be booked as a direct tax free revenue.
